Let it work it's magic for a good while, but be sure to poke holes throughout, so the marinade has a chance to truly set in. Once marinaded, cover with some plastic wrap, and smack firmly with the bottom of a large, flat skillet. Following this, squirt some lemon juice on them, sprinkle with a dash of salt and pepper, and you're all set
